We engaged James Munzone from building with options to build our house at 24 battery street in Clovelly in 2009, and were absolutely thrilled with not only the result, but also the level of professionalism and knowledge he bought to the job. Right from the onset in planning stages he was more than happy to meet with the architect and engineers, and work through design issues giving some invaluable building and construction insight. The job started on time, and was completed within the time frame discussed. His team of builders, apprentices, and the trades he engaged worked extremely hard, and were a pleasure to be around. They were tidy, approachable, happy to help and answer questions, and very professional. James contacts within the building industry meant that we were able to access ( at the best price) the right products to meet my specifications. This included windows, all cabinetry, pool and surrounds, glass fencing and balustrading etc etc Building a house can be an extremely stressful experience, but at no time did I feel disappointed with the progress ( or the process) We came in pretty much on budget. James is a completionist with great attention to detail, which means things get FINISHED. This is not always the case with builders in my experience. He was lovely to deal with, and have no hesitation in recommending him to friends. I am also more than happy for prospective clients to have a look at our completed house to get an idea of James's work.

I have known James Munzone, the principal of Building with Options P/L for approximately five years, during which time he carried out a number of medium sized residential scale projects for our Child Care business. I am pleased to say that I found him not only most capable as a builder, but also in his general demeanour in handling his staff on site, programming the various work stages and meeting our needs in achieving the budget constraints we put on him. We would not hesitate in using his firm again in any of of our future projects and infact could not recommend him more highly to any person wishing to carry out their own.
